a place for cowboys and cowgirls to come relax after a day on their ranches. lots of people know that they can't be in here under the age of twenty. so it's safe without anyone under that age wandering in.

everyone needs a hand on some things sometimes. even children. come find the sheriff or others working for him here.

everyone needs a vet. horses, cattle, bulls, dogs, cats, and more need to see a vet once in a while.

doctors work hard to save lives everyday. they need a place to work. but sometimes they can do house calls, especially on ranches.

one or two teachers of different levels come here five days a week to teach kids reading and writing. one teacher also helps out on her husbands ranch. she sometimes just home schools from the ranch.

The barns are simple. The horse barn has twenty stalls which are the size of broodmare stalls. Ten of those stalls lead out into a couple paddocks. Behind the horse barn is a cattle barn. There is a couple stalls for the cattle since the winters get harsh. In the horse barn there is a feedroom and tackroom. As well has a wash rack inside the barn and outside. There are corrals around the cattle barn. A third barn is off further into the property. It has about thirty stalls. Each stall is the same size as the stalls in the firet barn.

There is acouple of paddocks for the stallions to get out and strech their legs or even for the broodmares to get out and strech there legs. There a couple of smalled paddocks for a couple of ponies to be housed in so they can eat together.

There are a couple of pastures. There is one for the weanling calves which is closer to the front, then there are two pasture's back behind the house for the broodmare's and cows. There is also another pasture in front of the house across the road from the weanling caves for the non broodmares.

There are a couple of small round pens, but there is one large 60 foot round pen that Clint works with his horse's in. This is where he works in cutting at and when he is working you don't get in his way. The other two small round pens are atleast 40 foot. There are big enough to work and ride in aswell.

this is where cowboys and cowgirls cane find wild horses getting a drink to round them up into the round up grounds. all the wild horses that come here can be rounded up.
